Eight years ago, with a vast experience in marketing and an emerging family, I began to wonder how to achieve a work-life balance that would enable me to enjoy my life as a mother as well as my professional development.
I understood that what made sense to me at that time, was to create a light and efficient structure with a rapid, agile, efficient, creative and professional response..
It was then that I decided to start with my own strategy agency: Trazo Propio.
Coming from an eclectic background, I have always believed in the creative tension of different viewpoints, and having acquired an rich professional network, I organized Trazo Propio as a network ecosystem where each specialist is a hub. This flexible structure has allowed me to choose the best team for each challenge.
In the last years, the pandemic and the changes it brought about, opened new opportunities to extend my work to Uruguay, Peru, Chile and Spain, with local partners.
